Dakota heard a Bigger Pockets podcast with this author and re-listened to it a few times because it was so good! So clearly we want to see what his book is all about. It's all about 'presenting, persuading, and winning the deal'. As real estate investors, getting those deals is crucial so we're excited to learn how to be better at this.

Unfortunately the date I chose for the next book club (April 5th - 'The Only Woman in the Room') conflicts with another REI event in Ottawa, and rescheduling it is proving to be difficult because it seems lots is going on around that time.
