Just in case you're not familiar with the acronyms STR and MTR, STR is short term rental and MTR is medium term rental. Definitions change depending on your area, but usually MTRs mean that people are staying at a furnished rental for over 28 or 30 days, and STRs are when anyone stays in a furnished place for under 28 or 30 days.
In the past, every time I had a STR or MTR to set up, I would make a new list of all the stuff I needed to buy, or I'd try to take one of the lists I had thrown together for a previous property and modify it for the new property. This took a looong time each new setup and it felt disorganized. So (always wanting MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY π) I decided to create a template we could use every time, which would make the setup process so much easier and quicker!
Now I'd like to share it with you. It will save you SO. MUCH. TIME. (and give you peace of mind that something is not falling through the cracks!)

Hello! Unfortunately the date I chose for the next book club (April 5th - 'The Only Woman in the Room') conflicts with another REI event in Ottawa, and rescheduling it is proving to be difficult because it seems lots is going on around that time.
