Hey book clubber!
We had a great meeting earlier this month about the book 'How to Win Friends and Influence People' by Dale Carnegie. It's such a kind and gentle book and it totally affected how I think about some things, in a really good way. I'm rethinking how I talk to people and I will definitely keep going back to the book again and again. If you haven't read it I recommend it!
Next up is 'Long-Distance Real Estate Investing' by David Greene ... (the Bigger Pockets podcast guy!). At the last meeting we all realized we hadn't actually read a book about real estate investing since this bookclub started ... even though that was kind of supposed to be the focus of this bookclub haha. We have read many amazing books about business and other topics but we thought it was time to refocus and actually learn something about real estate investing! 😉 We chose this book because long-distance REI is a topic we are all either currently doing or want to do, and this book is supposed to be packed with good info.

Unfortunately the date I chose for the next book club (April 5th - 'The Only Woman in the Room') conflicts with another REI event in Ottawa, and rescheduling it is proving to be difficult because it seems lots is going on around that time.
